IDSCS Project - Improved good governance of state-owned enterprises and independent state bodies

Today we’ve attended the presentation of the new project "Improved good governance of state-owned enterprises and independent state bodies" implemented by IDSCS and financed by the UK through the UK government.

The project analyzes the performance of public enterprises, SoEs and ISBs with about the adequacy of their management boards and their governance procedures and assesses whether there are procedures in place which make managers of these institutions resistant to clientelism and corruption. The goal is to initiate changes in the governing culture of targeted institutions that would contribute to their long-term, sustainable development and provide the basis for improved internal reporting. It will advocate for improvements of legislation and practice by bringing together stakeholders and foster public debate based on data-driven insights.

Within this project an application was made - an electronic register of directors and members of management and supervisory boards of public and state enterprises and independent regulatory bodies - Кој тоа “таму” управува?, in whose technical solution iborn.net team took part.
